Welcome back to Wrightsville beach, Wahine classic!
Oceanic is happy to welcome back our Wahines for the return of the Wrightville Beach Wahine Classic. Wrightsville Beach is full of exciting summer athletic competitions and activities which is one of the many things we love about our community. One event we look forward to, the Wahine Surf Classic, is right on the horizon and will be held on Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13.
The Wahine Classic
The Wahine Classic is one of the only all-female surfing competitions on the East Coast and we are lucky enough to hold this growing event in our community each year. This event welcomes female surfers, of all walks of life and experience levels to compete in a series of surfing categories over this 2-day event. Not only is this a wonderful event, that promotes female wellness and activity, but it’s also a fun event for the families and spectators that come to watch.
